background

Our modern environment exposes our bodies and its systems to toxins every day through the air we breathe, and the food, liquids and medicine we ingest.

Ridding the body of these toxins through cleansing is an important part of keeping a balanced lifestyle and optimal health. Although our bodies are meant to detoxify themselves naturally, when our digestive system is given a break from the constant processing solid foods, it allows our organs to rest and increases the rate at which they are able to detox themselves and the body as a whole. Cleansing the digestive system with fresh cold-pressed juice enables us to flood the body with micronutrients, enzymes and minerals, which in turn restores energy to all internal systems.

Our two levels of cleanses come in three and five day packages, and contain five juices and one nut milk per day. We encourage you to consume them throughout the day, and in the order listed. To view cleanse options and to purchase, click the button at the bottom of this page.

We encourage you to follow our tips to assist in a successful cleanse and amplify the results; but most importantly, to listen to your body and do what feels right for you.

Cleansing methods and results are unique to each person. Benefits you may experience from a cleanse include: high functioning digestive system, better sleep, mood balance, clear skin, weight loss, mental clarity, increased energy, curbing of sugar and carb cravings, disassociation of eating with specific times of day, and an overall deeper connection with your body and its correlation with your mind and spirit. After a cleanse, you can expect to feel invigorated and renewed, leaving you with a heightened sense of well being and balance.

before

Prepping your body for a cleanse is important in order to get maximum results, and avoid shocking the system.

In the three days prior to the cleanse your diet should mainly consist of raw foods, soup, juice and smoothies. A minimum of three days prior to the cleanse, you should eliminate from your diet: meat, dairy, refined sugar, caffeine, alcohol, and nicotine. We know, we know, “no caffeine?!?” The thing is, if you drink coffee every day up until the cleanse, chances are you will have a headache for a day or so during the cleanse from caffeine withdrawal. Proper diet preparation will allow you to be more comfortable throughout the cleanse and prep your gastrointestinal tract for maximum absorption of the juice’s nutrients.

Listen to your body!

If you are feeling low energy or weak, do not over exert yourself with exercise, but supplement with walking or yoga. If you are feeling cold and/or unnourished, supplement with drinking herbal tea and/or vegetable or bone broth. If you are feeling dizzy or starving, eat a small portion of raw vegetables, an avocado, or sprouted seeds/nuts. The point of the cleanse is not to put stress or extremes on any one system, but to restore your body to homeostasis.

Our recommendations for a successful cleanse are:

Drink the juices throughout the day, having one at least every two hours.

Consume as much water as possible.

Aid the gastrointestinal tract in regeneration of positive gut bacteria by taking a probiotic supplement.

Aid the body in toxin release through various activities:

  • Sea salt baths and skin exfoliation (the skin is our biggest organ and usually the most toxins are released through it)
  • Tongue scraping
  • Oil pulling
  • Sweating
  • Colonics

after

Ease back into solid foods by continuing your pre-cleanse diet of mostly raw foods and soups for two to three days post-cleanse.

Continue drinking as much water as possible and focus on continued clean eating to keep the digestive system free of toxins and buildup. Incorporate a probiotic into your health routine to promote healthy gut flora.
