Managing + Serving: $10/hr + tips
Managing Only: $25/hr
ABOUT THE ROLE
The Dinner Manager oversees all dinner service operations at our Mass Ave location. This role requires a hospitality professional who leads by example, communicates effectively, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years in the hospitality field
- 2+ years in a leadership position

- Exceptional customer service — warm, outgoing, and consistently positive toward guests
- Trustworthy, responsible, and dependable
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills
- Professional and positive demeanor in a high-volume environment
- Ability to train and develop servers and hosts
- Comfortable delivering constructive feedback and having difficult conversations with staff, including kitchen team members
- Proficiency with spreadsheets and Toast POS
- Working knowledge of wine and spirits
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 40 lbs. and stand for extended periods
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and execute all dinner service operations
- Lead by example and foster a safe, positive work environment
- Partner with the General Manager to ensure a smooth brunch-to-dinner transition
- Monitor budget and labor costs with the GM; make necessary weekly adjustments
- Lead, train, and develop front-of-house staff
- Keep staff informed of specials, menu changes, and shift updates
- Collaborate with the chef to ensure smooth service and outstanding guest experiences
- Prepare daily cash deposits and verify all cash handling is accurate
- Review and reconcile daily credit card tips
